Products are  typically shipped within 3days business days depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. During holidays, inclement weather, and big sales shipping may take a little longer but all customers will be notified of any delays. ALL OF OUR ORDERS ARE SENT WITHOUT SIGNATURE UNLESS REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER. Please leave a note if you require a signature. We will not be held responsible for packages with confirmed delivery status. FOR OUR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES IN ORDER TO CLEAR YOUR ITEMS.

REFUND /CANCELLATION

Canceling an Order
You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call  during 410 805 2384 during hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-5 business days.

 Due to the nature of our business ensure that you intend to place an order with us before purchasing because we do not offer refunds to orders that are marked delivered. All sales are final after signed proof of delivery.By placing an order with Beauty By Titi you do agree to this term/policy and please remember All Sales are Final.

All products listed on our website are Made in USA. It is your responsibility to know if the products you’ve purchased are allowed for import to your country. We are not liable If a shipment is confiscated & destroyed by your country’s Customs officials abroad  If a shipment is rejected, you will not be refunded.We are not reliable for any custom duties abroad.
